When Quality Matters - Easy Living Home Elevators is your only choice

On a recent visit to the World Elevator Expo 2010, held in Lang Fang, China, a huge event on the elevator industry calendar showcasing the latest industry trends, ideas and technology, Mr. Robert Pizzie, Managing Director of Easy Living Home Elevators was surprised by the slow progress of chinese elevator products for the private home. "I'm sure one day the quality of products made in China will match the European manufacturers.....but until then we'll continue to source our products from Europe", he said.

We at Easy Living Home Elevators pride ourselves on providing the best quality and the best value. Mr Pizzie added, "in the lift industry right now, there's a clear distinction between a product that's great value and one that's just plain cheap. Great value wins every time".

Exciting News - “Easy Living Home Elevators acquires Soames operations in WA”

After 12 years in operation Easy Living Home Elevators has once again proven they are the undisputed leader in residential lifts after expanding our WA operation with the acquisition of "Soames Combined Services" and continued growth in market share Australia wide.

Director, Mr Robert Pizzie is delighted “Easy Living Home Elevators is only growing stronger; we have reached an important milestone, similar to the huge success experienced back in 2003 when Easy Living Home Elevators purchased the “Lift Company” in Victoria. We are committed to continue to build on the trust and superior satisfaction former "Soames Combined Services" consumers have received in the past, Easy Living Home Elevators will continue to provide an exceptional level of service and maintain "Soames Combined Services" products to a quality you would expect from Australia’s leading residential lift company. By using the latest technology and network of technicians located throughout Australia, Easy Living Home Elevators is able to offer the fastest guaranteed response rate and arrival time to emergency calls in the residential elevator market."

I would like to take this opportunity to:
"Welcome our former "Soames Combined Services" customers, we're happy to have you  on board!"

Easy Living Home Elevators response rate just got even faster.

By using the latest technology and network of technicians located throughout Australia, Easy Living Home Elevators is able to offer the fastest guaranteed response rate and arrival time to emergency calls in the residential elevator market.

As soon as a customer call comes in, our service centre can instantly match the nearest and most appropriate technician to the job, and provide an estimated arrival time, ensuring immediate peace of mind. “Implementing this latest technology indicates our commitment to high quality customer service”

The NavMan is a natural addition to our already high level of customer service. We don't offer in-cabin self rescue. We consider In cabin self rescue systems as an admission that if ever need a service visit...response times are so low that you're on your own. Passenger entrapments with our products is extremely rare. Should the unthinkable happen, we would never ask a customer in need to get themselves out. We're there for you in the shortest time thanks to NavMan. Our roll-out of NavMan transponders into almost half of our 71 vehicle fleet demonstrates our commitment to low response times and superior customer service. We also consider an in cabin self rescue an admission that the equipment is cheap and unreliable and you are on your own – get yourself out!

The Fighting Spirit

For most people the battle of Fromelles is another World War I battle fought, for David Mayer our NSW sales consultant at Easy Living Home Elevators the battle is a life changing event.

The battle of Fromelles is described as the worst battle in Australia’s military history with 5533 casualties recorded in just 24 hours.

A total of 250 WWI British and Australian soldiers have been recovered from mass graves in Pheasant Wood, Fromelles, in the archaeological excavation by Oxford Archaeology from May to September 2009.  On analysis of the family tree of a soldier who died at the Battle of Fromelles (and has no known grave) our David Mayer was contacted and selected as a suitable DNA testing candidate in the hope of identifying his grandfather. DNA matching alone could not identify the large number of soldiers, so the Project also collected historical, anthropological and archaeological data to complete the picture where possible. This combined evidence lead to the identification of David’s Grandfather.

David and his family will be attending the Commemorative Event in France on 19 July 2010.

“To be present in July for the 94th anniversary of the battle and witness the army reburying my grandfather who has remained undisturbed for over 90 years in his final resting place with full military honours, will be quite moving. I think the Australian Army has to be congratulated in their quest to honour the service and sacrifice of the men from Fromelles” States David
